Preview
The Milwaukee Bucks will go for their 3rd game on the road when they visit the struggling Atlanta Hawks on Monday Night. The teams play for the second time this season. The Hawks won the last matchup on Nov. 14. Young scored 42 points points to help lead the Hawks to the victory.
MILWAUKEE BUCKS
Milwaukee was upset by the Toronto Raptors on Saturday as they allowed 57 points in the second half to blow their lead. The Bucks have struggled to find consistency as of late but they should get back on track sooner than later.
The Bucks are 27-18 this season and averaging 111.6 points per game. Despite the Bucks’ recent struggles, the MVP contender Giannis Antetokounmpo has been on a tear of late. The 27-year-old has scored 32.3 points per game during the month of January while averaging 10.9 rebounds and 7.4 assists per game.
ATLANTA HAWKS
The Hawks have lost 5 games in a row, they are averaging 110.5 PPG and are shooting 46% from the field, which ranks 13th in the league. However, they have struggled on the defense side of the game as they allow 112 PPG, and teams are shooting 47% from the floor and 36% from three.
Trae Young has been having some problems with his 3-point shot this season, especially over the last few months. Since the start of December, Young has shot just 33 percent from 3-point range.
Atlanta will be without Clint Capela and Bogdan Bogdanovic due to injuries.
Prediction
Atlanta are 2-8 ATS in their last games and they'reare 0-11 ATS in their last 11 games at home. They haven't win since Capela got injured and with Trae Young struggling from long distance is hard to trust them. The Bucks are 15-5 in their last 20 games against Atlanta. It's hard to not like the Bucks here.
PICK: Bucks -4 (-110)
